I'm a 23 year old 5'4" woman currently 198 with a goal weight of 133 (65 pound loss). I've been working the CICO plan since January began, but I started going to the gym back in November. I've always found the working out easier, I was a tuba player in the high school marching band and my dad has always treated me like he's got a son–"lift this thing that's 1.5 times your body weight and put it on my truck" lol no. I'm a runner and have been racing for about 2 years now, but I could never get any weight off. But at long last I'm a gym regular. How do I know? The other gym regular guys are talking to me in a completely non creepy way. These two guys are workout partners and are always there when I'm there, and now one of them I know everything about (expect his name) from his job to his number of kids to that he bought the clock for the gym, and the other I know just his name. I'm officially a gym regular! I have people I could ask for help! And I'm finally ready to start adding weight to the bar I'm bench pressing!
